While he wasn't on the show, The Rock was indeed backstage at RAW last night. WWE chose not to use him on the show due to the fact that they thought there was no sense putting him on WWE television for one week and then having him disappear for months. They also wanted to build SummerSlam matches last night and by putting The Rock on the show, it would have limited the amount of time to do that. Brock Lesnar was also at the show last night. Since the SmackDown! brand didn't have a house show last night, he decided to stop by. Despite the recent Australian tour, most of the guys at RAW last night were in pretty good spirits. WWE has lightened the house show schedule this weekend for the RAW crew. They work Sunday night in Des Moines, IA before doing Raw on Monday in Moline, IL.
