Jim Ross Comments On Paul Heyman Departure; BG James Talks VKM, WWE, & Paul E; ECW TV Change Next Week; Motley Fool / WWE Q2

Jim Ross posted the following comments regarding Paul Heyman's removal from ECW:

Unfortunate to see Paul Heyman, the former ECW guru, leave the WWE. Paul is a bright guy with many interests and will no doubt “land on his feet”. I have known and worked with Paul for MANY years, even when I was “thinner” and “Happy Heyman” had hair. We had our battles but Heyman is a sharpie cookie and won’t need a telethon or fund raiser any time soon. I wish him the best in whatever he chooses to do.

It's becoming more and more clear that WWE on their website has chosen to treat the article as more storyline. But in reality, and the way people around him are speaking, it appears he's done with WWE. You would think WWE would at least post something respectable regarding Heyman's release after all he has contributed (and attempted to contribute) for WWE.

BG James was part of a TNA / Spike TV Conference call this afternoon. Some tidbuts from the interview:

Regarding VKM showing up at WWE events, BG James says as long as they buy a ticket, WWE cannot stop them. The legal department for WWE has sent TNA several legal letters regarding the skits. He also noted that he has three years remaining on his contract with TNA.

On the release of Paul Heyman, BG James does not think he would fit in well with TNA.

For those who are not aware of it, next week’s edition of ECW on Sci-Fi will not air on Wednesday night in the US. Instead, the episode will air Saturday evening at 8PM EST on Sci-Fi.
