NBC News out of PA announced tonight that Rob Feinstein is one of several who several who starred on "Pedophile Candid Camera" currently under police investigation for various charges. During the community meeting this evening, the District Attorney announced that they will be turning their investigation to Police & the court. He expects that this will lead to arrests.
NBC News 10 attempted to speak with Feinstein's attorney who declined comment. As we reported since the story broke, if he is arrested, he is facing charges that could result in up to 20 years in jail and $200,000 in fines. Because of the serious nature of the offenses, and whatever else is uncovered we aren't aware of, the authorities will most definitely freeze the assets of RF Video and Ring Of Honor.
I am not going to get into the who explanation why again. To summarize, this situation is similar to other situations involving assets. A man can't take all his assets out of his name right before a divorce, just so his ex-wife gets nothing.....A person can't go on a major shopping spree, right before he files bancruptcy....And Rob Feinstein can't transfer his stock shares right before he is most likely facing an arrest. Sorry Douglas. It seems the rush to change shares to avoid this will be reversed. Didn't your attorneys tell you this?
