DX Article; Khali vs Undertaker Off Summerslam; 7/31 Raw Cable Rank; ECW 8/15 Main Event
Amongst the top rated shows on basic cable last week, the 7/31 edition of Raw was ranked #2 for hour two, and #4 for hour one.
As you will see (or already saw yesterday) on Smackdown, Undertaker vs Khali will not be a match at the PPV. Instead, the two will battle next week on Smackdown.
The reasoning behind it? Khali's matches aren't even dark match material. His matches have to be edited and cut every time because he's that bad. And that's no accident.
Next week's ECW main event will feature a Ladder match with the winner taking on Big Show @ Summerslam for the title. The participants will be Sabu vs Kurt Angle vs Rob Van Dam.
WWE.com has a very interesting interview article with Triple H and Shawn Michaels about DX. Although I really found the article interesting to read, I ask myself why this was written in the first place. To me, it reveals a bit too much about the behind the scenes ongoings. I can only think this could be a way of 'educating' fans certain aspects in case they end 'DX' soon.
