Eddie Guerrero Passing One Year Later; Fan Audio Tributes Reposted & Touching Words By Dean Malenko Inside

Today is the one year anniversary of Eddie Guerrero's passing. You know while going over tonight's show content, one of my initial reactions was a snide remark like 'One Year Later, Eddie's Still Dead'. However I realized that my quick irrational feelings were not towards Eddie Guerrero but towards WWE and how they have exploited and disrespected Eddie Guerrero since his passing. Now I'm not going to get into that again. We're pretty sure WWE had legit reasoning that Eddie would have liked the idea of his name and memory still alive in storylines. Hell when you think about it, I'm sure most of us would too. WWE in trying to keep his name alive, their pathetic creative ideas got in the way of it.
So today, we put aside the hokey bulls*** that WWE fed us over the year, the horrible rumors we've spoke about the last 2 months regarding Chavo and Vickie, and other nonsense and just pay respect to Eddie Guerrero.
I leave everyone with two items. I know the initial pain has worn off regarding his passing. But here is two poignant examples of how much Eddie Guerrero's passing affected the entire wrestling community both fans and friends alike.

Listening to those audio tributes one year later really takes me back how much Eddie Guerrero touched the wrestling world.
We don't need an anniversary to remember Eddie Guerrero. We will always remember Eddie. But today we make extra room for Eddie in our hearts and thoughts.
