WWE / Iraq Military Article; Law Enforcement Website Rips CBS 'Space Cadets'; Roddy Piper Tribute On Heat; XM Rock of Jericho Already Off The Air

WWE has this week's Heat themed as a tribute to Roddy Piper. Three matches and the infamous Jimmy Snuka / Coconut Pipers Pit are available for viewing. Here's your listing:

- Piper's Pit w/ Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka"
- Roddy Piper vs Ric Flair (1991)
- Roddy Piper (c) vs The Mountie (IC Title Match)
- Highlanders vs Cade & Murdoch (12/4/06)

Yeah yeah I know the Highlanders match sucked a** and shouldn't belong. Alot of hotline callers and listeners to the webcast ripped that one. But I'm sure it meant alot to the four in the ring during that match so let it go.

Along with the matches there are a few current WWE stars sending special messages to Roddy Piper wishing a speedy recovery. It's worth a visit to WWE.com and check out the clips.

The military themed website Blackanthem.com has a great article posted covering one of the WWE visits made during their visit to Iraq.

Blabbermouth.net reports that XM Radio has already pulled the 'Rock of Jericho' show which was hosted by Chris Jericho. The show was already scheduled to have its last airing 12/31, but XM decided to pull it sooner.

Let the criticizm begin. Our Minority Report webcast members were divided over the Police Officer reality TV coming to CBS (featuring Trish Stratus, Erik Estrada, LaToya Jackson, a midget, and others). Myself personally, I've already vented my displeasure having celebrities being put in situations where they could possibly fire a weapon, or get seriously hurt due to criminal activity. I also thought as the show gets closer to its debut, more criticizm would come in. In the end, the show will get ripped.

We could put many different opinions on the site here. But I wanted to post comments from a law enforcement point of view. Of course officers in IND where its airing will praise the show. They have to. However I was curious the take on law enforcement outside of IND.

Officer.com has an interesting blog posted on the series. I've coined the phrase 'Space Cadets' to be tongue and cheek about it. That site however, gives a much more serious view about the show.
