Randy Orton is currently in the UK on a WWE promotional tour and to hype Vengeance this Sunday. Orton appeared on the BBC radio show 'Ace and Invisible'. The following recap is courtesy of orton-source.com.

At first I expected it to be just another Orton interview 'going thru the motions'. However, I found this a rather entertaining read. That sign also captured the audio from the interview which is very funny to hear. Here's the written recap:

They begin to play his entrance music only for Randy to sigh and say "you can cut that right now, I hate my entrance music" when asked why Randy explains "I can't explain it man, it's everything from A to Z I just hate it..you know how you need something to pump you up? To be in the mood and have something rev you up..this just doesn't do it for me man". Randy says he needs something to be able to walk to the ring in his underwear to. The hosts praise his top rope posing and they say he seems to be quite into it, Randy says he must be a good actor then because he's acting his ass off. They ask him if he was given the music. Randy says yes he was given the music. Randy brings up how a few months ago Killswitch Engage made him a new song and how the song didn't fit him and how it fit someone more like Batista, like a big jacked up dude. Randy then jokes "my skinny ass walkin' to the ring..du du du du..really didn't make sense and I get the hey nothing you can say..it's like kindergartener music".

The hosts bring up how John Cena makes his own entrance music and ask Randy if he'd ever consider doing the same. Randy says he isn't going to talk about that. The hosts laugh as the legend killer appears to be quite an entertaining guest. They then remind Randy how he is the youngest champion in history and ask him why he decided to get into wrestling. Randy explains how his uncle, father and grandfather were all involved and it was just something that he grew up in and was around, he says he followed in his fathers footsteps for the most part.

The hosts ask him if he was forced into wrestling, Randy says no right away he explains how the money is good and there are women everywhere he goes and how he has a beautiful one sitting next to him which he tells us is his fiancé. Randy says it's her first time overseas and how excited she is to be there. Randy continues to explain that wrestling was something he wanted to do and that he wasn't pushed into it. Randy reveals that his Mom didn't want him to do it because of his father always being gone and the kids being gone, he says it was a choice he made and he is happy with the decision.

Randy is then asked how it was like growing up seeing his father on television and watching him wrestle names like Hulk Hogan. Randy says by the time he was in high school people didn't really remember his dad as Cowboy Bob Orton and how he was mowing the lawn in his tights, Randy talks about how if he was riding on the bus people would laugh and joke at his dad in tights. Randy says it really wasn't cool but if his dad was like Hulk Hogan, maybe. Randy is then asked why he is known as the legend killer. Randy explains they have him working with guys like Mick Foley, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, Triple H, The Undertaker who are guys who have been around the wrestling business for quite some time and how he has beaten those guys. He says he would take them out and they are legend like in their business and "the legend killer" had a ring to it, which Randy claims he needed because his name was kind of plain and flat.

Randy is asked if he could take out any legend who would it be. Randy says if his dad hears what he said about him it'll probably be him. The hosts laugh and say that would be a good story. Randy then says possibly Hulk Hogan, he brings up how there might be something in the works for a Wrestlemania match with Hogan, he says none of this is on paper it just sounds nice. Randy is asked about who has he enjoyed working with the most, Randy says he has enjoyed working with The Undertaker he says he is a phenom and everyone knows who he is no matter how long they have been watching wrestling, he says he is larger than life and it was an honor to be in the ring with him.

The show returns from a brief break to listen to a song by Busta Rhymes. The hosts ask Randy if he liked that song for his entrance music. Randy says he likes his music but hadn't heard that song yet, he says he liked it however.  They then begin to discuss his "big fight" at Vengeance. Randy says he'll be working with Kurt Angle and that he owes him one. Randy brings up the ECW
PPV a few weeks ago and how Kurt beat his ass. Randy says he is an Olympic wrestler and he likes to go in there and take some names, Randy says he is rough but it's alright since he'll be bringing it on Sunday at Vengeance. The show goes for another break.

Randy continues to plug Vengeance he says the show is going to be hot, they have a full card from top to bottom. He brings up how DX has reunited and will be taking on the Spirit Squad. He says the whole show will be hot. The hosts bring up some comments Angle said about Randy. They tell him Angle said he is taking no mercy on him and will break his ankle and show him never to mess with the new ECW Kurt Angle. Randy brings up Kurt's broken neck from a few years back, he says "recovering from a broken neck and talking trash like that..I was nice last time" Randy says Angle has a "thick ass neck". The hosts ask Randy to break down the difference between ECW rules and WWE rules. Randy explains that in WWE the referee is pretty much in charge and with ECW anything goes, chairs, barbed wire, tables, ladders, tacks etc. The host asks Randy what it's like to hit someone with a steel chair. Randy says he got his first concussion from getting hit with a steel chair. He explains how it hit him right on top of the head and how a lot of guys put their hand up at the last minute and how it softens the blow but he didn't because he was new and he was told not to put his hand up because he will look bad and he did just that and as Randy put it he was "hello? coo coo..", he says it definitely hurts.

They ask if anyone scares Randy. Randy says nobody scares him. They begin to talk about Smackdown Superstar Khali, Randy says his jaw bone is longer than his arm. They ask if Randy can take him, Randy says "hell yeah dude". Randy is asked who is the greatest wrestler of all time, Randy says Shawn Michaels, Randy says he is great from top to bottom. They then begin to discuss the creative aspect of wrestling, Randy explains how there are writers and creative teams who come up with storylines, he compares it to a soap opera with how there are cliffhangers and such to keep people tuning in each week. The hosts ask Randy if Vince is how he really is on TV. The bring up the kiss my ass club. Randy says he doesn't believe Vince has a kiss my ass club, Randy says basically if you are loyal to Vince he is loyal to you. Randy describes Vince as hard nosed and intimidating.

He is asked about where the names for wrestling moves come from. Randy says they come from personal choices by the wrestlers that they come up with traveling. He is asked about the RKO, Randy explains it's similar to Dallas Page's Diamond Cutter, he says when he was with Evolution they came up with the idea to do something similar to the Diamond Cutter except have him jump
up into it so it's not exactly the same, he says he tried it a few times and it looked good, the crowd responded which is a big factor and that was it.

They then ask Randy is he's ever thought of getting into music like John Cena. Immediately Randy says "No. I can't even dance let alone sing". The hosts play a little bit of Cena's music. Randy's reaction is quite hilarious he says: "Terrible. I'm about to throw myself out of the window." "He needs to get his ass kicked for that one." They discuss Cena's recent fan reponse. Randy says "they turned on him when they realize he thought he was black" In all seriousness they ask him if he is well liked in the locker room. Randy explains that he started with him and he says he is a nice guy and a good friend, he says he just saw him the other day, he says he hates to be burying him in London but he's pretty bad.

The hosts bring in a fellow DJ who is a big Randy Orton fan known as "DJ B". He has challenged Randy in a game where they have to identify theme music from the past and present for wrestlers. They have 1 minute to name as many as possible. DJ B goes first and did fairly well. They asked Randy if he knew the ones they played, Randy says yeah but he was talking to his girl so he really wasn't listening. Now it's Randy's turn to play. Randy passes 3 themes. DJ B received 9 points and Randy received 11 points and won the game. That's a wrap for Randy. Randy thanks them for having him on the show.
