Jonah from Tough Enough 3 is scheduled to wrestle dark matches for WWE as early as tonight's Raw.

Triple H is scheduled to be at Raw tonight. More than likely, he will interfere during Batista's match with Goldberg.

Zach Gowen has updated commentary on his website, zwrestling.com. He speaks on a array of topics, as well as some kind words on the late Michael Lockwood (aka Crash Holly). Here's the commentary, courtesy of zwrestling.com:

The Z-Factor

I Live in Pumpkin Pie  / 11.9.03

- If I could start of by saying a few words...well, I’d be a better public speaker. Bwahaha! Thank you Homer Simpson!

- What’s been going since the last update? Well, not too much. I wrestled every girl’s favorite wrestler Matt "the dreamboat" Hardy at No Mercy, which was a lot of fun. We had a good match but that’s not saying much ‘cos it’s hard for Matt not to have a good match. Matt’s one of my favorite people in the business as far as character, charisma, and in-ring talent, the guy has it all. Plus he gives my advice about girls. V-one-uhhhh 4 life!

- On Smackdown! the following Thursday, I worked Tajiri, which was also a lot of fun. I liked the match a lot ’cos it was a nice, fast-paced, give and take match. It had a little chain wrestling, some high flying and some cool reversals. I liked it. Then disaster struck. As I was getting ready to leave the ring, two of Tajiri’s buddies hopped into the ring and gave me a double STO. One way trip concussion city, daddy. Wanna know what a man looks like after he gets knocked the "f" out? Watch that tape. That’s only the second time I’ve been knocked out in my career, it was scary. Well, I’ve been cleared medically so I’ll be back relatively soon.

- Question: what's wrong with lawyer jokes? Lawyers don't think they're funny and other people don't think they're jokes.

- At this time I’d like to address some disturbing internet rumors about myself. I can’t believe somebody would say that kind of stuff about me but the sad thing is this....it’s true. It’s all true. I’ve been exposed. I thought I hid it and kept it in check for the longest time, I guess I’m slipping. Yup, it’s true....I really have 2 legs. The whole one leg thing is just a gimmick.

- Mark Wolf and Helena Heavenly are the coolest people on earth. Thanks guys for letting me crash at your place. And thanks for showing me that Sandman/Candido match from that show in Texas. I can die a happy man now.

- I believe Alex Shelley mighta said something along these lines but I’ll steal ‘em anyway: If wrestling was a justified business, Nate Webb, Truth Martini, and Jaimy Coxx would be making serious dough right now.

- Gordana. Oops, did I just say that out loud? I’m sorry but I couldn’t help it, I tried to go a whole commentary without saying her name but I couldn’t. It just slipped out, I guess.

- Ok, so if you want to impress a girl, here’s what you DON’T do. Don’t go to a club that a friend says is "cool, but I haven’t been there in like 5 years". Don’t lock your keys in your car. Don’t pay 20 bucks for cover, $35 in all, to the said ghetto ass bar. Not that any of this happened to me or anything. Yeah. By the way, thanks a million to my new best friend Mike who called his roadside assistance guy and got my keys. Good looking out dawg.

- So I’ll be at the Landing Strip November 13th along with Rhyno and Chris Sabin for a Smackdown! party. Should be a good time.

- In closing, I’m wanna say a few words about Mike "Crash Holly" Lockwood. I didn’t know Mike very well but he was always very nice to me when we talked and he gave me some really good advice. Before I got signed, people would ask me who I looked up to or who I would wanna work if I ever got to the WWE. At the top of both of those lists was Crash. Man, he was so good and so entertaining, I really wish we coulda worked together. Rest in Peace pal.

Well till next time, it’s always a treat when real people meet,
-Zach
