No Way Out PPV Main Event; TNA Visits NYC; Armed & Dangerous VH1 Marathon

During the Smackdown tapings Tuesday, Vince McMahon made an appearance and announced the main event for the No Way Out PPV.

The Smackdown brand PPV will feature 2 Raw wrestelers (at least). The main event will feature The Undertaker & Batista vs Shawn Michaels & John Cena.

I wasn't going to post the match yet since it is part of the Smackdown taping. However since several websites have posted it and put the match details in the subject title, most of you will see it.

No Way Out airs live on PPV Sunday February 18, 2007.

Broadcasting And Cable reports that VH1 will air an 'Armed And Dangerous' marathon on February 3rd.

VH1 will air 5 episodes, four of which have already aired on CBS prior to its cancellation. B & C also noted something of interest. Only five of the seven episodes slated for the show were actually made for TV. If producers get the greenlight, producers will make the final two episodes (6,7) which could air on VH1 in the summer. For now though, the five episode marathon on 2/3 is your entire series run.

This past Wednesday, TNA brought their camers to NYC and taped several vignettes related to the LAX vs Team 3D feud.

Without giving away spoilers, we can mention that the vignettes were taped involved LAX at Gleasons Gym and at a resturant in Manhattan. The LAX segments will air on TNA Impact first. A segment involving Team 3D should air on the last edition of Impact before the PPV.

From what I was told, the segments are very entertaining and worth a look.
