Raw Scores Low Rating; Heat Spoilers; Monty Brown / WWE; 10/16 Raw Cable Rank
With all that publicity WWE received over the last week with Kevin Federline's appearance, Raw's rating didn't move a bit. In fact, it went down which to me is quite amazing for this week's number.
Raw for 10/23 scored a 3.6 off of hours 3.6 and 3.6 down from last week's 3.7.
Also, anyone notice how the same media outlets that were publicizing the Cena / Federline segment last week, didn't make any mention about this week's appearance? Interesting.

Amongst the top rated shows on basic cable last week, the 10/16 edition of Raw was ranked #3 for hour one and #4 for hour two.
