Raw & Smackdown Ratings; Jim Ross Signs New WWE Contract; Heat Spoilers   Raw for Monday 11/20 scored a 3.7 1/2 rating, which is the same as last week. The hours were a 3.6 and 3.9. Smackdown for 11/17 scored a 2.6 rating. Over at JR's website, it's being reported that Jim Ross signed a new WWE contract last night. Last month, JR signed a short extension since his previous contract expired in October. The contract last night replaces the short extension. Expect WWE.com to have an article on JR's signing in the upcoming days.
