Raw isn't doing any better. Raw for 8/9 scored a 3.2 rating, way down from last week's 3.8. This Monday's Raw scored the lowest since February 23, 1998. (Veterans Day of '02 scored lower but that was a holiday). Curious to the results from 2/23/98, the last time WWE scored as low as Monday?
