Smackdown Rating; WWE.com Posts Three "Bonus" Video Clips From Smackdown
Smackdown for 8/5 scored a 3.3 rating.
Earlier this week, wwe.com posted "bonus" footage from Raw fans did not see televised or live in person. (Regal's stiches, interviews, etc)
WWE.com has posted "bonus" footage this time from this week's Smackdown. If you visit http://wwe.smackdown.com, you can watch three bonus clips:
- Footage of Rey Mysterio "injured" after his match
- An interview with Kurt Angle following his match
- Footage of Smackdown after it went off the air
It seems that WWE is now attempting to strongly cater to wrestling internet fans. It's obvious especially with WWE 24/7 much more money can be made providing footage via bandwidth than cable companies.
