Only valid registered participants will be contacted via email by the Tournament Producer, whose decisions are final and legally binding as they pertain to this Contest. In Stage 1 of the Tournament (the "Ladder" stage), players will be able to use the tools on the Tournament website (http://wwe.ggl.com/) to challenge each other to matches at their convenience. Players will improve their ranking within the Ladder by winning matches. In Stage 2 of the Tournament (the "Bracket" stage), each match will be assigned a time and date to be completed ("Completion Time"), which will be listed in the Tournament Brackets at http://wwe.ggl.com/. The two (2) players can complete their match at any time up to the Completion Time, or if they can't agree on a time of their own, the Completion Time becomes the default time at which they must play their match. The Tournament Producer will facilitate scheduling of all game matches and time schedules as needed. Tournament game matches once scheduled will be FINAL and matches may only be rescheduled or delayed as allowed by the Tournament Producer. In the case of a disconnection, the player that disconnects will have ten (10) minutes to return or will forfeit the entire match. If the disconnected player returns within ten (10) minutes, the round during which the player disconnected will be restarted from the beginning. If the same player disconnects again during the same match, that player will lose the round being played. The disconnected player will again have ten (10) minutes to return or will forfeit the entire match. If the disconnected player returns within ten (10) minutes, the players will either play (i) the next round if there are rounds remaining in the match during which the player disconnected; or (ii) the next match if there are no rounds remaining in the match during which the player disconnected and if another match is, in fact, scheduled.
