At a pre-house show meeting Triple H was heard telling some of the other guys that they should take advantage of the time before the show and get some practice done in the ring so that they can be in “his spot” some day. No one at the meeting addressed Triple H’s comments. The Undertaker was off of his SmackDown duties last week because he has been home at his father’s side. ‘Taker’s father is said to be in grave condition, so he had to miss SmackDown’s weekend house shows and did not take part in the tour overseas. WWE did make it known in Japan, however, that the Undertaker was not coming. If you caught last week’s edition of WWE SmackDown, you saw the end of the main event in which Kurt Angle countered Shelton Benjamin’s kick, causing him to spin and kick his partner, Charlie Haas. The kick was said to be “extremely stiff” and resulted in Haas having a 1 and half inch cut on the right side of his face and some swelling on the left side. That is one hell of a kick.
