Triple H Suffers Possible Torn Quadricep @ PPV, Ironically Five Years To Date Of His Return @ MSG

WWE.com reports the following tonight on Triple H's injury:

Triple H suffered an injury during his match against Rated-RKO at New Year's Revolution. The preliminary diagnosis is a possible quadriceps tear. Triple H will be flown to Birmingham, Ala. in the morning to be evaluated by Dr. James Andrews.

WWE.com will have more on Triple H's injury Monday afternoon.

Ironically, tonight was the Five Year Anniversary of Triple H's TV return after suffering his last quad tear. His return that night was at Madison Square Garden, and the ovation he received was one of the loudest I've ever witnessed.

7 1/2 months was the time frame Triple H was out for his quad injury. Once the severity of this injury is determined, we should have a good approximation time frame for his road to recovery.
