To update the situation on Paul Heyman and his return to the WWE, the WWE office is currently waiting for Heyman's neurologist to clear him medically so that he can make a return on air role for the SmackDown! brand. Heyman has been suffering from bulging discs in his neck that he suffered earlier this year from when he was taking F5s on a regular basis at house shows. WWE would like to bring Heyman back as an active performer but at this point, they are waiting for Heyman to be medically cleared.
