Triple H vs. Goldberg for the World Hvt. Title (the only confirmed match)

Kurt Angle vs. Brock Lesnar for the WWE Title

Kane vs. Shane McMahon

Shawn Michaels vs. Randy Orton

Chris Benoit vs. Rhyno.

Chris Jericho vs. Kevin Nash - Just to note, there was a report about The Rock taking on Chris Jericho posted earlier today. That is not true at all and The Rock is not expected to be a part of the August PPV.
