Velocity ECW Battle Creek Show Rescheduled; Mike Kruel / WWE; TNA Impact Rating
As the Declaration of Independents broke this past weekend, northeast indy star Mike 'The Shooter' Kruel has signed a WWE Developmental deal. He will be reporting to Ohio Valley Wrestling shortly.
Having the opportunity to watch Mike wrestle repeatedly, as well as interracting with him behind the scenes, WWE has signed out truly one of the best. We wish Mike Kruel the best of luck on his future.
TNA Impact for 7/6 scored a 1.0 rating, consistant with last week.
Fans in Battle Creek (And RVD I guess) can rest easy. The ECW House show that was originally scheduled later this month has been rescheduled for November 6, 2006. Obviously this was done for three reasons:
#1, to please the great Michigan fans to see their hometown hero main event a show in Battle Creek. If the show would have come off as scheduled this month, RVD would have been forced to miss it due to his suspension.
#2, obviously this was done for RVD. He has always wanted to main event a WWE event in his hometown. The last time around I believe RVD was injured and couldn't compete.
#3, WWE did this for WWE. They want to make money. And I can assure with the sh** that is ECW right now, and add RVD on suspension, the Battle Creek show would not have sold well.
