VKM & TNA Show Up At WWE House Show, Tape Skits & Even Take In Triple H Match
Bob Ryder of 1wrestling.com reports that the Voodoo Kin Mafia (aka James Gang aka New Age Outlaws) showed up at tonight's WWE Raw house show in Knoxville, TN. Along with them were Vince Russo, Jeremy Borash, and a film crew.
The night started off with TNA cameras taping VKM outside the arena, talking to fans and taping a few funny skits. One skit has a female accusing BG James of fathering a child. Another has the two complaining at the high ticket prices WWE was charging for the show. Hopefully TNA puts the footage on You Tube.
Later in the evening, both BG James and Kip James entered the arena with tickets they paid for and watched the Triple H vs Randy Orton match. Lots of TNA and VKM chants in the building. Ryder notes that Triple H even acknowledged them at the start of his match, waving to the two. TNA cameras were not brought into the building. However I'm sure some fans had their camera phones rolling. Kip James spoke to Ryder, noted that he gave Trips' match 2 1/2 stars.
Ever since the VKM idea was revealed, we've specifically professed that TNA needs to do what they did tonight. But they can't stop with tonight. They need to take it to the next level, which we will talk about on Monday's webcast.
