WWE Magazine Proves Why We Chose Marty Jannetty For 2006 Jabroni Of The Year (Amusing Audio Clips & Jannetty's Blogs Inside)

Ever wonder why we nominated Marty Jannetty for this year's Jabroni Of The Year for our 2006 Blackheart Year End Awards? Below is a very entertaining look at Marty Jannetty in 2006. We break it down into three segments. First is our March 5, 2006 article which gets into Jannetty trying to bulls*** and cover up his legal problems which contributed to his first firing in '06.
Below it is the second segment, which includes the Myspace blog Jannetty wrote in September. Those crazy comments ripped Meltzer for reporting he was fired a second time which Jannetty denied - again. Along with it is an audio clip from our 10/16/06 Minority Report webcast, which we give our take on who we believe. This second 'dispute' by Jannetty is priceless (especially when you read segment #3).
Both segments above have our analysis of both matters. And as you will see, especially with the first firing, we were right on the money both times.
The last part below is the best. It's a clip from the current issue of WWE Magazine (Jan 2007). That issue has WWE's Year End Awards. Low and behold, Marty Jannetty won an award. Once you read what it is, you'll see how much of a sad sack of lying sh** Marty Jannetty unfortunately has turned out to be. And why we nominated him as Jabroni Of The Year.
SEGMENT #1: 3e6r.net MARCH 5, 2006 ARTICLE:
Marty Jannetty Tries To Kiss WWE's Ass; Sticks Foot In Mouth Instead: Written & Audio Proof Inside
As a wrestling fan, myself and many others would love to see Marty Jannetty work for WWE again. As a wrestling fan with common sense, myself and our webcast co-hosts questioned Jannetty being on WWE TV two weeks ago. When nobodys like us knew he would have travel restrictions get in the way with his 'storyline', then either one of two entities are to blame Jannetty being 'severed from WWE':
Marty Jannetty for assuming he wouldn't have travel problems
OR
WWE ignoring he would have those problems.
I seriously doubt WWE would be so ignorant. And what Dave Meltzer wrote this past weekend, was that Marty Jannetty 'screwed up'. Did that mean screwing up was Jannetty ASSuming he wouldn't have a travel issue and didn't tell WWE? It could be. Bottom line is that someone f**ked up with the Jannetty temporary return. And with Jannetty having DWI, spousal abuse, and other convictions recently under his belt, trend would lead that this matter was his fault. He got a chance to come back to WWE albeit for a 'cup of coffee', and probably thought 'the criminal system wouldn't restrict his travel because he was working'. Ignorance? Nah. He's been down that criminal road before. Stupidity more like it.
Anyway, painting that picture, here is what Marty Jannetty wrote on his Myspace page earlier on the matter. I've broken it down into parts, with some comments thrown in. And at the bottom of the page, the audio clip:
"OK, for my fans, family and friends, here is the situation....Due to travel restrictions I have as part of a probation agreement, I was denied travel this week to Birmingham, Alabama for Monday Night Raw. As you could or should imagine, this is a disaster for WWE as they now have to go back and rewrite a major portion of their show in which I was to be included in, and with less than 3 days notice.
(Note from A.DeBlasi: If all this were true and WWE was told beforehand, there's no way you would have been on TV in the first place the last few weeks.)
The fact that this could happen again at any given time my PO decides against me travelling, is good reason for WWE to be concerned in another major disaster especially with Wrestlemania coming up. Could you imagine that 2 days before that show I'm told I can NOT go to Chicago. Please understand WWE's position, and believe in them as they have not closed the window of opportunity yet.
(Note from A.DeBlasi: Sounds like Marty Jannetty desperately trying to get the criminal courts of Florida to change their mind, for his wrestling future's sake. Again if this was all common knowledge beforehand, why not try and repair this BEFORE you do this storyline?)
"We are working hard right now on getting all travel restrictions lifted. It is a good possibility that it will happen. If you really care and are concerned, believe me whenI say, prayer works and is greatly needed and appreciated right now. I'm getting tons of e-mails from friends and fans hating Vince and the WWE right now. They are not at fault!!!"
(Note from A.DeBlasi: Noone on the web I heard were blaming WWE. The ones that were 'blaming WWE', are probably fans that are thinking storyline. Because 99% of the wrestling world that was 'smart', never thought WWE was to blame. In fact as I said earlier, nobodys like us knew 2 weeks ago you couldn't stick around due to travel issues.)
"And, they are supporting me on this, so no more hating on them, ok?? I thank all of you for your support , cares and concerns. I love you all!!! I do have a strong gut feeling everything is going to be fine!!!!ps...for the wrestlingobserver.com, Dave Meltzer and/or whomever else may be responsible, ..you guys have an easy ass job, report what you can't do yourselves but wish you could. Now with all the legit craziness in the wrestling world, it seems you wouldn't have to stoop to writing and putting out info to your faithful readers, that you have not researched and have no idea of its validity. But of course, reporting the truth isn't what you are about now is it. Any opportunity to bash anything or anyone in wrestling is paramount to you. It doesn't really shock me that you have done this with me, as I've seen your garbage quite a bit over the years. Since it has not included me, I just shook my head in disgust and disbelief that you parasites exist at all. Take away this industry that you love to bash at any opportunity, legit or not, and you would become poor, sorry sapp, street bumbs with no jobs. With that being the truth, one would think you would show a little more respect for what pays you trailor house rent. But again, nothing surprises me out of you fools!!! I just wonder do you feel like the idiot you are every time one of your ridiculous stories is proven false, or, are you too busy working on your next bs story to worry about how stupid you look.."
(Note: From A.DeBlasi: Funny about the namecalling. One thing he can't call Meltzer, is a drunk driver, spouse abuser, and a violator of the law. And as you sit back and ponder all of the above, Marty is desperately trying to keep his image clean that he didn't screw up.
Now onto a little audio clip. This is about a 3 minute audio clip from our 2/20/06 Minority Report webcast, recorded about an hour after Raw aired live the night Jannetty returned. And as you will hear, we ourselves knew that Jannetty would have travel issues and that they wouldn't go away. So again. With this huge legal issue going on, why would WWE start a storyline so important for Wrestlemania? Knowing that in a week, Jannetty could be forced to sit in Florida? And what if last week he couldn't have traveled? Vince stands in the ring alone with his bareass? Come on man. WWE wouldn't make such a stupid move if they knew all these issues were still around. Marty Jannetty probably painted a rosey picture and assumed alot, ignoring reality.
There's a reason why you can't travel Marty. You committed crimes. These restrictions are designed as punishment for your criminal actions. As much as we would love Marty Jannetty back on TV, I don't want the criminal justice system compromised so he can kiss an ass. Wrestle as a Rocker. Turn on Shawn Michaels to keep a job. Marty Jannetty f**ked up several times. And now he wants to go back to work like nothing happened. Unfortunately, he can't click his boots and pretend he's no longer in Florida anymore. He has to go thru the system as long as it takes, serve his punishment, and then pursue WWE.
Can you imagine this idiot begging his attorney to sway the system in Florida? 'Come on Judge. Pretty Please? It's Wrestlemania!'.
The mere fact he's trying to manipulate the legal system so he can be on TV, is very selfish in itself. And anyone that defends it, is even more selfish. Yeah this article ended up becoming more of a column, but the comments made by Marty Jannetty just struck a nerve. Marty Jannetty should not think the wrestling public didn't want him on TV. It's just that so many people knew his legal issues don't magically go away. And as we thought that very same night he returned, he wasn't going to stick around for long. Whether he liked it or not. Marty should realize, noone 'did this to him' like he claimed in his rant. He did this to himself. Fact is. If he wasn't arrested over and over, none of this would have happened.
Here's the clip which you can find around the 73 minute mark of our 2/20/06 broadcast. Taking a call from Drew / CT about Marty Jannetty:

SEGMENT #2: JANNETTY BLOG ON 2nd FIRING CLAIM, AUDIO CLIP FROM 10/16/06 MINORITY REPORT WEBCAST
Back in September, WWE announced they had rehired Marty Jannetty. It was his second hiring by WWE in 2006. Two weeks later, Dave Meltzer reported Jannetty was canned again.
Marty Jannetty's response? And you'd think Marty would have learned the first time around from his ass r*****g handed to him back in March.
Marty Jannetty:
"OOPS, I just got fired again!!!
Well according to Meltzer's .."always so accurate" pffft, yeah right.. Wrestling Observer..I just got fired AGAIN, and this time for not returning a phone call....lol...how lame..what will they think of next...damn, don't their writers got any imagination??? Hey Meltzer ..call me bro , I give you much better stories than you or your guys are coming up with..hell Mustafa could dream up better stuff...Sheeee-it!!
ps..just think how stupid this one is..I've trained and busted my azz harder than anyone can imagine trying to make it back home..and I finally make it..then I'm not gonna return a phone call?? Shuuut up steewpids!!!-"
And now, an audio clip from our 10/16/2006 Minority Report webcast which discusses his September rehiring and firing. Well, Meltzer reported the second firing, and Jannetty tried to rip Meltzer apart. This is funny.

SEGMENT #3: WWE MAGAZINE 1/2007: MARTY JANNETTY WINS AWARD!
Fast forward to 12/20/2006. Earlier today I was emailed clips from the January 2007 edition of WWE Magazine. Earlier we mentioned WWE taking a dig at Kurt Angle. Now we mention WWE's Award given to Marty Jannetty.
When you read the clip below from WWE Magazine, remember both articles above. Remember Meltzer's reporting, Marty's denying, and our analysis of both situations.
From WWE Magazine 1/07 edition:
Shortest Tenure: Marty Jannetty
Hired February 20, 2006. Released March 6, 2006.
Hired September 15, 2006. Fired September 29, 2006.
As we broke down in March, Marty Jannetty was full of sh**. And full of denial. I still laugh when he was logging into his Myspace everyday and pretending it wasn't him cause 'his computer was broken'.
Then in September, just thinking what Jannetty said about Meltzer and he was fired all along.
Now you can understand why we put Marty Jannetty in our Blackheart Year End Awards 2006 for 'Jabroni Of The Year'.
If you agree with us, VOTE!
And VOTE JANNETTY!
