WWE Raw & Weekend Ratings; 8/23 Raw / Basic Cable Ranking; WWE Sending Generic Apologies On Diva Segment Even Though "I Like Carrots"
Raw for 8/30/04 scored a 3.4 1/2 rating, down from last week's 3.6. The hours were a 3.4 and 3.5. The "hype" of last week's wedding and Randy Orton / Triple H confrontation sure didn't generate into ratings. Actually, they decreased.
Velocity scored a 0.5 rating.
WWE Experience scored a 0.4 rating.
Sunday Night Heat scored a 0.9 rating.
Amongst the top rated shows on basic cable last week, Raw for 8/23/04 was ranked #4 for hour two, and #9 for hour one.
For anyone that may plan on writing a complaint to WWE on their "Divas Unplugged & Uncensored" from Monday, here is the generic response you will receive back:
"Notwithstanding the 5 second delay from our live programming to telecast, last night’s Raw program aired unacceptable language during a live Diva Search segment. For which we apologize to our audience."
I have a feeling that they are not reading the emails. I sent two emails to them today. Both emails I wrote "About Raw Monday & Divas Search" in the subject box. But inside, one email said simply that "I enjoyed the segment. No complaints here". The other email I wrote simply that "I LIKE CARROTS".
Both times I received the same generic response. Therefore, you may want to think twice before venting your feelings to them. My advice? Email them to us @ , or send them to 1wrestling.com. I'm sure they as well as I, would be glad to post your complaints. That would probably get more attention with WWE then sending them directly to them.
