Here is your PPV poster for the 2007 WWE Royal Rumble PPV.
Carlito needed a few stiches to close a cut on the top of his head during Raw. The injury occurred when he accidentally ran headfirst into the ringside camerman's camera. He was treated backstage during Raw and is fine. For added sympathy, I wouldn't be surprised if WWE posted video of Carlito being stiched up.
