From 3e6r.net Latest News Headlines Ratings Report; WWE's Empty Threat To TNA; Maria Kanellis Pics Inside; New Fozzy CD On Sale Date
For the first time in two years, 3e6r.net is finally updating our women & divas galleries! We will post updates here on the newsboard as galleries are added. We will keep the galleries small but only with the best photos for each respective diva & celebrity. We just posted a gallery for new WWE diva, Maria Kanellis. CLICK HERE to check out the pics. (We'll be adding more shortly.) Raw scored a 3.9 rating, up from last week's 3.7. The hours were a 3.9 & 3.9. Velocity scored a 0.5 rating (I'll be discussing this on the hotline Wednesday night. I'll also get into why this truly could be looked at as a power move by WWE and an empty threat.) Many of us are chuckling at WWE's threat. The content and demands are very similar to what WWE has sent websites (including ours) for posting WWE video & theme music. Here's TNA's statement: Nashville, TN (November 16, 2004) – World Wrestling Entertainment issued a letter to TNA Entertainment, LLC on November 11th demanding the surrender of video footage shot at Universal Studios on November 10th.In the document sent by Bella Karakis, Vice President Intellectual Property, WWE informed TNA that in order to avoid any further legal action by WWE, TNA would need to agree not to use the video footage , surrender the video footage to WWE within 7 business days, and sign and return an acknowledgment form. On November 10, while filming vignettes for TNA's upcoming pay-per-view, "Turning Point", TNA Superstars 3 Live Kru, Traci, Abyss, and "The Franchise" Shane Douglas attempted to welcome Vince McMahon and WWE talent who were also at Universal Studios taping a commercial. Universal Studios is TNA's home studio where Impact and Xplosion are taped every week. The TNA Superstars brought cookies and balloons to greet WWE talent and staff who were taking a catering break outside in the common area of the studios. TNA and the TNA Superstars involved are very disappointed with threats of legal action. "Competition is great and makes the wrestling category stronger as a whole but obviously we are the only ones who feel that way," Shane Douglas said. "We attempted to extend a hand and were disappointed by the treatment we received in our own backyard." If I were TNA, do what you want with the video. If WWE was in a public place, then it's open season. Blabbermouth.net reports that Fozzy's next CD "All That Remains" will hit stores in Europe on January 18, 2005.
